Registration
HOW CAN I REGISTER MY CHILD?
Registration is done using Team Snap. REGISTER NOW
WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR TEAMSNAP TO REGISTER?
By signing up for TeamSnap, Ajax Baseball can now notify you of important news. We suggest you download the TeamSnap App for notification of updates, rain outs etc.

Payment & Financial Assistance
HOW CAN I PAY FOR REGISTRATION?
We accept both credit and debit cards for payment.
DO YOU OFFER ASSISTANCE FOR FAMILIES THAT CAN’T AFFORD TO PLAY?
There are many programs in our community that offer financial assistance for registration. Please contact us for more information.

Discounts
DO YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNTS?
Yes, for families registering three children or more, we offer a “Multiple Child Discount”. This will be applied automatically when you register.
Season Information
WHEN DOES THE SEASON START AND END?
Opening Day will be held the first weekend in May (you will be advised of your child’s time to attend). You will meet your child’s coach, receive your child’s uniform and equipment. The season will end mid-August.
WHAT NIGHT WILL MY CHILD PLAY? WHAT AGE CAN MY CHILD START BASEBALL?

Equipment & Fees
WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO PLAY? WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE? Your child will require a baseball glove, running shoes, long pants (for safety, no shorts allowed) and personal protection in the form of a “Jock or Jill”. Your registration fee includes a team hat and shirt, pants (Rookie and below only), games and practices, equipment, insurance, playoffs, T-ball fun night for T-ball aged children and an end-of-year award.
Team Placement & Coaching
CAN MY DAUGHTER PLAY IN YOUR ASSOCIATION?
We welcome both boys and girls to play baseball in Ajax.
CAN MY CHILD BE ON THE SAME TEAM AS HIS/HER FRIENDS?
These are by special request and your inquiry should be directed to our House League Convenor.

WHEN WILL WE HEAR FROM MY CHILD’S COACH?
You will be contacted by your child’s coach around mid-April.
Sponsorship & Refunds
ARE THERE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES? CAN I SPONSOR MY CHILD’S TEAM?

THERE A CREDIT BACK IF WE MISS A WEEK OR TWO FOR VACATION?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a credit for games missed due to vacation.
IS THERE A CREDIT BACK IF MY CHILD CAN’T PLAY DUE TO INJURY?
If your child is injured and unable to play for an extended period, please contact the House League Convenor to discuss.
IF MY CHILD DECIDES NOT TO CONTINUE, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
We offer a full refund until the end of May. Please reach out to the House League Director to discuss the criteria for a full refund.
Game Scheduling & Locations
WHY DO THE GAMES START SO EARLY/LATE?
House League games are carefully scheduled to accommodate working parents, siblings, scheduling of games before or after and with consideration of the school year and children’s routines.

If your are playing at Cedar Park, our snack bar at has a lost and found.
Please also check with your child’s coach.
Umpiring
CAN MY CHILD BECOME AN UMPIRE?
